How do I cancel or change my order?adminOnce an order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, we are unable to amend the order or delivery address. However, we will do our best to intervene and cancel the order before it is dispatched. You can request an order cancellation by contacting us.
I’m ordering for my business, can I open a credit account?adminYes, if you're a Limited company, a charity, or part of a government body, we can hopefully set-up a credit account for you. Limited companies should complete our business account application form. Unfortunately we are unable to consider business accounts for businesses that have been trading less than two years or have not filed accounts with Companies House in the last twelve months.
How do I return an item to you?admin
Before returning items to us we ask that you complete our returns form. We will then email you a returns number and advise on how to return your products. Inks and toners can be returned to us free of charge.
