Our Returns Policy
We always try to ensure that the goods we supply will get to you in perfect working order, however, despite our best intentions and due to variables beyond our control you may receive a product that is not the quality expected.
If you experience any issues with your product please contact us as soon as possible to start your warranty claim. You can contact us by one of the following two methods:

Warranty Claim Diagnostics
Here at Toners and Inks we pride ourselves on ensuring that you experience the least amount of inconvenience possible when making a warranty claim. Our staff are fully trained to handle any and all technical issues that could arise from the use of your printing consumable and may even be able to resolve your issue over the phone.
The Outcome of Your Warranty Claim
If Toners and Inks deems the goods to be at fault then the consumer will be asked to either destroy/recycle the item or return the goods (or in some cases a collection may be booked). This decision is made at the sole discretion of Toners and Inks.
Costs of Returning Goods
Any reasonable costs incurred by the consumer will be refunded by Toners and Inks if the product is found to be at fault. Reasonable costs can be obtained by Royal Mail’s standard published prices at the time of claim in conjunction with the item’s size and weight.
